Data transfer abroad may be carried out based on your explicit consent or exceptions in the KVKK due to Shopify's servers being located in Canada and the USA.

Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data;

  • Membership, order and contact forms completed via the site,
  • Cookies and similar technologies,
  • Payment providers
  • Shipping and delivery processes

is collected electronically through.

Data is processed based on the legal grounds of “establishment and performance of a contract”, “legal obligation”, “legitimate interest”, “explicit consent” as stipulated in KVKK Art. 5/2.

Rights of Personal Data Owners

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, data owners have the right to;

  • Learn whether their personal data is processed,
  • Request information if their personal data has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used appropriately for its purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
  • Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
  • Request deletion or destruction of personal data if it has been processed in violation of the KVKK,
  • Request notification of these operations to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
  • Object to the emergence of a result against them by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
  • Demand compensation for damages if they suffer damage

rights.
