RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You can exchange products received through our website for a different size or model, or a discount code valid indefinitely can be issued to you, within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Since products purchased from our website are produced upon order, returns are not available.

Exchange Conditions: For your product to be eligible for exchange, it must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, as purchased. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate an exchange, you can contact us at info@zeynepozturk.co. If your exchange is accepted, you will be asked to send the item to the provided address, with the shipping fee paid by the customer. Shipping costs for exchanges of product(s) purchased from zeynepozturk.co are borne by the buyer. Products sent with recipient-paid shipping will not be accepted. Once your exchange reaches us, it will be checked to ensure it meets the exchange conditions. You will be notified via message or email when your exchange process is complete.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Our company will not be responsible for damages and issues in products that exceed the legal period.
